Setup Guide – Novaplaque

Step 1 – Scan the plaque with your phone (NFC)

Place the top of your phone on the “Place your phone” (NFC) area of the plaque.

Step 2 – Open the link: novaplaque.ca

Once the link appears, click on it to open the website: novaplaque.ca.

You will then be directed to the setup page.

Step 3 – Create your Novaplaque account

Once on the novaplaque.ca website, create your account by entering your email and choosing a password.

If you already have an account, simply log in.

Step 5 – Access the "My Plaques" section

After logging in, you will be redirected to your customer area.

Click on the “My Plaques” tab to see the plaques associated with your account.

Step 6 – Scan the QR code and choose your business

In the “My Plaques” section, click on the plaque you have in hand.

Allow camera access, then scan the QR code located on your plaque.

Once the QR code is scanned, choose your business location to link the plaque to your establishment.

Please note that after removing the protective plastic, a thin transparent protective film is present on the surface of the plaque. This film is almost invisible, but once removed, the plaque fully reveals its clean and elegant finish.
