Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the destination and the carrier selected during checkout. The times displayed during checkout are provided as estimates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before final order confirmation.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be provided to the customer via email after the order has been shipped.

Novaplaque is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, peak periods, or any events beyond our control.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing the order. Novaplaque will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
